I started watching your videos a few months ago and broke out my rollerblades I’ve had in the closet since high school (36 now) to skate around while my kid learned to ride a bike. Now I just upgraded to some powerslide 90mm and we ride on the bike path together and have a blast! Thanks for the inspiration. Please keep making videos.

what if you hit something on the ground and you do an endo and have your face on the ground. or if another car tries to run a yellow but ran on the red and you can say hi to Jesus for us and have fun in heaven. and I just saw you run 3 red in a row in the end. honestly if you get hit and ends up dead it's your own fault the driver should not have to pay you or have to pay more for insurance.

Where are you skates from?

I used to skate every day. literally. every day. to and from school, after school, before school, hell sometimes even during school. where I'm from we had only one indoor skate park that we had to convince the owners to let us skate there. at that time it was boards only. now there are public skate parks all over and I've got too many people depending on me making money for them to live to even think about putting some skates on anymore. I always had some random broken bone from like 10 to 23 24 years old wether it was a couple fingers, wrists, hands, arms, collar bones, ankles, feet, legs, tailbone really every extremity I have I've broken on multiple occasions skating. multiple concussions. jumping off the elementary school in town, trying to gap entire 2 lane roads, man those were the days.

Or maybe get out of the fuckin road. Yall love to be on the road but never obey simple traffic laws.

Thank you for sharing this footage. This brings back so many memories of skating through NYC daily. My favorite parts to skate through in manhattan were first Avenue from 31st all the way up to 59th, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Queensboro Bridge, a.k.a. the 59th St., Bridge. Coming from the Queens side of the bridge has a mean uphill :)Good times.

This is amazing. As a kid, there was a rollerskate rink in town that I would frequent. I loved roller blading until it felt weird to walk when I took them off. Then they shut down because they weren't making enough of a profit. I tried roller skating around on the walking/bike paths, but there was always so many bumps and huge cracks every few feet from tree roots and just being old that it was really difficult to enjoy just skating around unless you were in the road, which is unsafe. I'm so impressed by how smooth these paths are!
